The India vs Bangladesh second Test at Green Park stadium in Kanpur has so far been a dull affair with weather playing a major spoilsport. Only 35 overs of play was possible on the opening day, which saw a delay in the start due to overnight showers.

Day two of the second India-Bangladesh cricket test was abandoned without a ball bowled Saturday because of rain. Persistent rain at the Green Park stadium had again prevented play in the morning session and conditions did not improve thereafter as the entire ground stayed under covers.
