Harvey Weinstein appeared in court Wednesday to face a new criminal charge after being rushed to the hospital for emergency heart surgery.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office presented to the grand jury allegations of three separate women who said Weinstein sexually assaulted them.

The disgraced movie mogul was led out of Bellevue hospital by officers, shackled to a wheelchair and clutching books and what looked like a tissue in his manacled hands.
