Johnny Depp told 'Variety' that he feels "immensely fortunate to be given the opportunity to" make his new movie 'Modi, Three Days on the Wing of Madness' ahead of the film's world premiere at the San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain on Sept.

The choice to recruit Depp came from Al Pacino, who believed 'he has the sensibility and sensitivity of an artist' necessary to tell Modi's story.
