Funeral held for Kentucky judge shot by Letcher County Sheriff
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A funeral was held for the Letcher County District Judge who was shot and killed inside his chambers last week. Mourners gathered at Jenkins High School to honor Judge Kevin Mullins on Sunday, according to his obituary. Kentucky State Police said the 54-year-old was shot by Sheriff Mickey Stines after an argument.
