India's women's cricket team, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, is ready for the Women's T20 World Cup beginning October 3 in the UAE. Following a thorough training camp, they are optimistic about their prospects despite previous near misses.

India will have a unique opportunity to be the world champions in the T20 format for both men and women if Harmanpreet and her army go on to repeat the heroics of Rohit Sharma and Co having lifted the title in the West Indies in June.
