The Penguin, featuring Colin Farrell as the titular Batman villain, debuted on HBO and MAX on Thursday 19. It garnered an impressive 94% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 72 out of 100 on Metacritic.

Oscar-nominated makeup artist Mike Marino turns Colin Farrell into "The Penguin" and also weaves his magic on Sebastian Stan in "A Different Man."

The Penguin is already a critical hit but we can now confirm that it's been a hit in terms of viewership as well because The Batman follow-up had the biggest 4-day launch since The Last of Us in 2023.
