Boston forward Al Horford discussed the Celtics' mindset prior to the start of training camp to defend the NBA title.

C’s veteran Al Horford has been part of that group, along with multiple young players looking to set the tone. He pointed out multiple members of the bench as those who have stood out already, along with some of the rookies or younger players on the squad.

There are the bigger, more obvious ones, like how the Celtics will need to find a way to cover for star big man Kristaps Porzingis during his recovery, or who will end up getting Boston's final open roster spot (if anyone ends up getting it).
