Elon Musk and X asked a federal judge to dismiss former CNN anchor Don Lemon's lawsuit claiming they defrauded him by canceling a partnership on the social media platform following a contentious interview.

After a blackout of more than three weeks, X appears ready to comply with court orders in Brazil to restore access to its 21 million users in the country and end a protracted fight between billionaire CEO Elon Musk and the country’s highest court.

X has reportedly appointed a legal representative and will block certain accounts in Brazil, complying with the Supreme Court’s orders.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk announced on his social-media site X on Sunday that the company plans to send five uncrewed Starships to Mars within the next couple of years. Musk said the company has to wait for the next Earth-Mars launch window before sending the missions.

The resolution of the dispute, which was handled through arbitration, comes almost two years after Musk acquired Twitter.
